1.	As part of the services available on our Platform, we offer Users the opportunity to participate in free contests for bragging rights only (each a “Contest”).

2.	Before you enter any Contest on our Platform, it is important that you read these Game Rules (as well as the End User Licence Agreement [www.superpicks.com/terms-and-conditions]) carefully, because they apply to each Contest that you enter through our Platform. By entering a Contest, you accept and agree to abide by these Game Rules and all other terms and conditions referred to in the Terms and Conditions.

3.	Any defined terms that we use in these Game Rules will have the meaning given to them in End User Licence Agreement or in the section of these Games Rules where it is defined (you can find these meanings by looking at the sentence where the defined term is included in brackets, bold font and speech marks).

4.	We may make changes to the Game Rules from time to time. We will always try to give you advance notice of any upcoming changes to these Game Rules by posting the new version on the Platform at least 10 days before the changes take effect. However, this might not always be possible, for instance if the changes are required in order to comply with a change in law or regulations or in response to a complaint or claim from a third party. The updated Game Rules will take effect from the date specified in them, and they will be binding on you from the first time that you use the Platform after that date. The new rules will apply to all new Contests that you participate in but they will not apply to any live Contests that you have already entered. It is your responsibility to check the Terms and Conditions regularly to take notice of any changes we make, and you agree to do so. If you do not agree with any changes or additions we make, do not continue using the Platform.


Introduction

3.	Effective on and from 1 June 2024, the prize for any Contest on the Platform is limited to bragging rights only ("Prize") and no cash prize or other non-cash prizes (such as products and experiences) will be awarded.

3.	There is no cash alternative for any Prize.

5.	Additional prizes and/or specials may be introduced during the Promotion at the discretion of the Promoter. These will be in addition to the Prize outlined above. In the event that additional prizes are introduced, the Promoter will publish and notify players of any additional terms and conditions as may be applicable. Such prizes will not be offered to players who (i) are based in countries from which SuperPicks does not accept entries; or (ii) have had an account suspended or closed by SuperPicks for any reason.

6.	Prizes will only be awarded if a Contest is run. We reserve the right to cancel Contests at any time.

7.	You will not be eligible to win a Prize and we may disqualify you from the Contest if (a) we reasonably believe you have entered on behalf of any other User (b) you do not meet, or you cease to meet, the eligibility criteria specified in the Terms and Conditions or (c) you have breached any of the Terms and Conditions.

8.	Winners will be responsible for paying any and all taxes or other charges or levies payable in respect of prizes that they receive, if applicable, including but not limited to, income tax, gift tax, etc.

9.	We may publish a list of winners on the Platform and you acknowledge and agree that we may use your name and any likeness/photograph that you have uploaded to your Account on the Platform for this purpose. If wish to object to our use of your name and likeness/photograph, please contact help-ng@superpicks.com.

10.	In case of discrepancy between this document and the SuperPicks End User Licence Agreement the provisions of this Games Rules document will prevail.


Winners and Prizes

1.	There will be six fixtures comprising a round ("round").

2.	To participate in a round you must submit your predictions before the start of the first game in each round.

3.	Each round in the Predictor closes at the kick-off time of the first fixture of each round. The list of fixtures and kick off times for each round can be viewed at the SuperPicks Website (www.SuperPicks.com). Once the competition has closed entrants cannot change their predictions. In order to enter the Promotion, players must predict the scores for all six SuperPicks fixtures identified for the relevant round and make a prediction of the Tiebreaker question.

4.	The Tiebreaker is the prediction of the minute in which the first goal will be scored across the six matches occurring in that round of SuperPicks (the “Tiebreaker”). It is used to determine the finishing places for the leader board.

5.	When two (2) or more people score the same number of points, the person who has correctly predicted (or was closest to) the actual time of the first goal will be placed highest. For clarity, the timings of goals scored will be recorded as follows: 0-59 seconds = 1st minute, 1m00s – 1m59s = 2nd minute, 2m00s – 2m59s = 3rd minute and so on. If your prediction is the 8th minute, then you will be looking for the goal to be scored between 7m00 – 7m59s.

6.	If any fixture within a SuperPicks round is postponed, abandoned or not completed (where less than 90-minutes is played) the fixture will be considered void. 


Contest Format

1.	The start date of the Contest round will be specified in the Contest details. Predictions need to be submitted before the start of the first game in each round.

Contest Start Time

1.	You will receive five points for each correct score predicted in a SuperPicks fixture after 90 minutes play plus any official injury time. For the avoidance of doubt this does not include any extra time or penalty shootouts that may apply in certain fixtures or cup competitions. For example, if you predict 1-0 and the match ends 1-0, you will score five points. Likewise, if you predict 3-3 and the match ends after 90 minutes at 3-3, but one team then wins 4-3 after extra time and a penalty shootout, the result of the extra time and penalty shootout will not apply, and you will score five points for your 3-3 prediction.

2.	You will receive two points for each correct match result predicted in a SuperPicks fixture. For example, if you predict 2-2, but the match ends 1-1, you will score two points. This is because whilst you did not correctly predict the match score, you did predict the match result (draw). Likewise. If you predict 3-0 but the match ends 1-0, you will score two points because you correctly predicted the match outcome (home win).

3.	You will receive zero points for each SuperPicks fixture where you do not predict either the correct score or the match result. For example, if you predict 2-3 but the match ends 2-2, you will not score any points because you failed to predict either the correct score or the match result.

4.	The maximum number of points that you can score per SuperPicks fixture is five points.

5.	The maximum number of points that you can score in a round of 6 SuperPicks fixtures is 30 points.

6.	Whilst leader board positions will in some cases be determined by the accuracy of the Tiebreaker question, players will not be awarded any points for the accuracy of the answer.

7.	We may obtain the score feed and other information required for the computation and tabulation of points from third party service provider(s) and/or the official website of the relevant soccer league/federation. In the rare event that any error in the computation or tabulation of points, selection of winners or the abandonment of a Contest as a result of inaccuracies in or incompleteness of the feed provided by the third party service provider and/or official website of the match organiser comes to our attention, we shall use all reasonable endeavours to rectify such error.

8.	You understand that we rely on the accuracy and completeness of such third party score/statistic feeds and do not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy thereof and, in any event, shall take no responsibility for inaccuracies in computation and tabulation of points or the selection of winners as a result of any inaccurate or incomplete scores/statistics received from such third party service provider. You agree not to make any claim or raise any complaint against us in this respect.


Scoring Points

1.	After each round you will be able to see your position on the leader board which can be accessed via the menu of SuperPicks.com or the SuperPicks app. From here you can tab between the leader board for the previous round(s) and the leader board for the season-to-date.

2.	To see a breakdown of your predictions for each round, simply go to the game page and select the ‘round’ title, from here you will see a menu of all previous rounds in the season and a summary of your performance in each.

3.	Fixture scores and minute of first goal used are as published by SuperSport.com. This data will be used to determine leader board positions and winners. Any goals scored in injury time will be recorded as 45min for the first half and 90min for the second half of the fixture. The timing of goals scored will be recorded as follows: 0 - 59 seconds = 1st minute, 1m00s - 1m:59s = 2nd minute and so on. For example, if you select minute 6 for the Tiebreaker then this will apply where the first goal is scored between 5m00s - 5m59s; If there are no goals in any of the games then the correct answer will be deemed to be 0 or ‘no-goal’
